If you are a Lee department planning a special event for your employees, let ELC help to make that
occasion fun for the whole family! Child care will be provided in our on-campus facility which is
convenient for parents and welcoming for children (off-campus care can be provided when possible,
if requested). The team at ELC will take care of all of the details, arranging meals and convenient
drop-off/pick-up. We can even theme your event to enhance the experience (i.e. Christmas, various
holidays, celebrations, etc.). A two week notice is required to guarantee your desired date/time.

Price
Child Care
$9.25 per required worker, per hour ~ number of workers dependent upon number of expected children.
Meal Option
$3.00 per child
$4.00 per worker
Department contact will be invoiced through a Request for Transfer of Funds for full amount of children expected
and workers scheduled. Full amount should be transferred before the event takes place to confirm your reservation.
Refunds not applicable for canceled events within the week or decreased number of attending children. Department
will be invoiced after the event for the difference in the event more children arrive than anticipated.
